Spring Valley Community Alliance (SVCA) was founded in 2020 by members of the community that wanted to make a difference in where they live. Today, we continue to operate as a fully volunteer-powered organization whose mission is to strengthen the community and passionately advocate for everyone who lives and works in Spring Valley, California. We value the diversity and range of experiences of Spring Valley residents and recognize how vital they are to the health and success of the community.
