Use the Cal trans Customer Service Request form to report situations (along highways) concerning homeless encampments, graffiti, potholes, litter / dumping, damaged signage, etc.
Valid Caltrans Locations & Duplicate submissions
The mini map on the Caltrans Service Request Website will inform you if issue is located on a Cal-trans maintained property and will also display similar reported issues in case of duplicate submissions.
